We ship everything by 1st Class Post to all
EU countries.
How much is postage and packaging?
As if offering high-quality products at low,
VAT free prices wasn’t enough, we also
deliver within the UK absolutely FREE. Just
take a look at the rates below:
UK - FREE Postage & Packaging on orders
over £10 (£1.99 on orders under
£10)
All other Europe Union countries, £5.99
Your order may be split in to several smaller
parcels and not always delivered on the same
day.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery to the UK can take as little as one
or two days. Delivery to other EU countries
takes a few days longer. If we receive your
order before 14.30 (GMT/BST) on weekdays, then
subject to availability, we will ship your goods
to you the same day. Please note that our "pick
rate" from stock is close to 100%.
Occasionally, there are delays within the postal
system. Although delays are rare, please allow
15 days (UK) and 30 days (EU) for your order
to arrive, particularly during the peak periods
around Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays.
Unfortunately, we cannot start tracking parcels
until this time has elapsed.
If you do not receive your goods within the
time-scales above, please contact us. Over 70%
of parcels presumed lost, are often just waiting
to be collected from a neighbour or your local
mail sorting office, so please check first.
Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods
ordered and will take the form of a replacement
or a refund.
What if I’m not at home for
delivery?
Simply select to have your order shipped to
your work place, a neighbour or a friends house.
We often split orders into several packages
so they will each fit through a letterbox, but
if your postman is unable to deliver your order
they will notify you by placing a card through
your letterbox telling you how to rearrange
delivery.
How do I track my order?
We automatically send an e-mail to the address
you submitted when you placed your order:
a. When we receive your order.
b. As soon as your order has been despatched.
If you are an existing customer, you may also
login to your account using your email address
and password to track the progress of your order.
